Free Photo Permits & Insurance for CA State Parks
The State of California requires a photography permit as well as liability insurance for all photo sessions or elopements within California State Parks. We cover the cost of permits and licenses, and file on your behalf for these State Park locations.
Unlimited Photos
We deliver unlimited images for elopements. This means that we will deliver every single photo of reasonable quality that was important to the day. This is usually between 50 and 100 edited images per hour. Sometimes more! Never less.

Is there a retainer to reserve my session?Yes, there is a 30% non-refundable retainer due upon signing the client agreement. This allows us to decline potential future clients wanting to book your time slot and devote our attention to you, ensuring that your session is everything you want it to be.

What happens if it rains?Occasional rain is part of Monterey's beauty. If necessary we always try to move your session time to avoid the rain on your scheduled date. In the event we need to reschedule, retainers are honored for one year.
